Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation acknowledging your details. This is an acknowledgement of your details and is not a confirmation of your order. A contract between you and blend studio inc. is confirmed once you receive an email with your tracking information. We reserve the right not to accept your order if the item is out of stock, does not pass our quality checking stage, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Pricing & availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on the website are accurate, there may be cases where errors occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and, give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay, or have detail or description errors we will try to contact you at the email address you provided. If we cannot contact you in regards to our out of stock orders we will cancel these within 48 hours and you will receive a full refund.
Shipping & delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days subject to production, credit clearance and address verification.
The tracking information will be sent to you via email. If your tracking information is not available, please email email@example.com.
We cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions. Please be aware that during our sale and busy periods deliveries can take longer.
if you are in Canada, shipping cost would be 20CAD for standard shipping. If your order is above 200CAD shipping is on us!
If you are not in the Canada, shipping costs are 40CAD per order. If your order is above 300CAD, shipping is on us!
Duties & taxes
We do not cover costs for taxes, duties or customs. These are in the responsibility of the receiver and due upon receiving your package.
We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges.
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
if you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a full refund for the original item, according to our returns policy.
We accept visa, master card, American Express and maestro cards. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.
